I could be wrong but staffing looked to be adequate. My observations during the time there was customers waiting a long time to be seated, some leaving because of the long wait while tables were not turned over and sat empty. I didn’t see anyone again until I received the check. We enjoyed the food, which in my experience is always good. When the meals came I requested more coffee and creamer for my coffee. ![]() I ended up drinking the coffee black because I couldn’t get anyone’s attention to bring creamer. When we were finally seated the server took the order. The place is small and it appeared like they had plenty of help from my observations. There was a long wait to be seated while noticing empty tables. Everything else fell short unfortunately. ![]() They would have received a high score based on the food. I have visited other Flying Biscuit locations and have always enjoyed the menu selection and the food, I did this time as well.
